1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcity ("phcity," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phcity website located at phcity.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phcity service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phcity Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phcity or had your account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

phcity reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access phcity's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phcity account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcity login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phcity will never request your password through any channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phcity immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phcity shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Identity Verification (KYC): phcity may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage, including submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phcity Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. phcity does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phcity deposit page and may vary by payment method. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. phcity reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Transaction Records: phcity maintains records of all transactions. You may access your transaction history through your account dashboard at any time.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phcity reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phcity offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcity reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• phcity reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

phcity offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, video slots, bingo, and sports betting. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All games offered on phcity are provided by certified third-party game providers and are subject to independent testing for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phcity's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• phcity reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, malfunction, or manifest error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed before any odds change will be honored at the odds displayed at the time of placement, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• phcity does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or service. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or provider decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcity Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcity staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phcity's systems, data, or other players' accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phcity Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of phcity or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phcity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• phcity provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• phcity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• phcity's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• phcity is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

phcity reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phcity has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You have requested self-exclusion through phcity's responsible gaming tools.
• phcity is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phcity reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phcity customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

phcity is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: phcity strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from phcity.

12. Privacy

13. Amendments to These Terms

phcity reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcity will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phcity Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phcity, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phcity is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcity from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
